Youth Ministry at St. Timothy is divided into three groups.

3rd-6th Graders and Families:
We meet monthly, September - May. We have a variety of activities including, roller skating, sledding, game nights, bonfires and outdoor games. These activities also include a Bible Story Time.

Confirmation Youth (7th - 8th Graders):
The youth participate in a variety of activities and events. They are involved in service projects, which includes CROP Walk, NE Iowa Food Bank, Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, and the Peoples Community Clinic in Waterloo.
The youth have several fun activities throughout the year, including a Mardi Gras Party, movies, bowling, pizza parties, game nights, white elephant gift exchange, bonfires and outdoor games.

The confirmation youth have a mission trip to Minnesota each summer in July. They pack food at Kids Against Hunger and enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, canoeing, tubing at a lake near Brainerd, MN.

Senior High Youth:
The goal of this ministry is to have a service project each month and fellowship activities throughout the year. Service projects include the Catholic Worker House in Waterloo, NE Iowa Food Bank, and the Salvation Army.
Fellowship events include bonfires and outdoor games, movies, bowling, game night, skiing and progressive suppers.

The senior high youth take a mission trip each summer. They have taken these trips to Chicago, Denver, and Minnesota. Their trip to Minnesota this summer will include packing food at Kids Against Hunger and working for Habitat for Humanity. The youth will also enjoy tubing, swimming, boating, fishing and canoeing at a lake in Minnesota.
